Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Within Egypt

• Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
• Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (available in select areas)

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or email with your tracking details so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Packaging

All fragrances are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We use protective materials to prevent any damage during transit.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package to us. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date via WhatsApp with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
