Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The product is unused and in its original condition.
- The product is in its original packaging, unopened and unsealed.
- You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns on:
- Opened or used perfumes.
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code.
- Gift cards.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

- Provide your order number and reason for the return.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
